THE FORESIGHT PILOT

Prove Qeino on one programme in twelve weeks.

The pilot is free because the purchase decision should rest on evidence from your own programme. It is tightly qualified because both teams invest real engineering time.

02Qualification

Five things need to be true.

We invest deployment and engineering time in every pilot. These conditions protect your quarter and ours.

  1. 01

    Fit

An engineering-led organisation with roughly 30 to 200 engineers, several programmes and data that must stay inside the perimeter.

  2. 02

    A named champion

A VP or Head of Engineering owns the pilot and the result.

  3. 03

    Committed data access

Read-only access to the relevant Jira or Azure DevOps, GitHub and Slack data is agreed before deployment.

  4. 04

    A real decision

If the agreed criteria are met, both sides make a contract decision at the review. This is a commitment to decide, not to buy.

  5. 05

    CFO or COO visibility

The economic decision-maker is briefed before the pilot and receives the review pack at the end.

If one condition is not true yet, tell us. “Not yet” is a useful answer when it comes with a reason.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Baseline

Deploy inside the agreed environment, connect the authorised systems and validate how the programme currently behaves.

  2. Weeks 3–10

    Run

Surface forming risks, review suggestions with the team and keep the source events and actions against the agreed baseline.

  3. Weeks 11–12

    Review

Engineering leadership and the economic owner review the five measures, source trail and cost basis. Both sides record a decision.

SUCCESS CRITERIAAgreed before deployment. They cover signal quality, the measures selected with your team and whether the team found the product useful enough to continue.

04FAQ

Questions engineering leaders ask.

What is a Software Engineering Intelligence Platform?
A category of products that turn engineering operational data into programme insight. Most run in the vendor's cloud. Qeino runs inside your perimeter.
Does Qeino monitor individual engineers?
No. Qeino measures programme capacity and delivery risk. It does not score, rank or compare people.
We built an internal dashboard. How is Qeino different?
The dashboard reports what happened. Qeino watches the live critical path for what is starting to happen and records the result of each catch.
Do we replace or migrate anything?
No. Connections are read-only. Your tools remain the system of record.
Can Qeino run air-gapped?
Qeino is designed for air-gapped environments. Your security team reviews the exact deployment, inference and update path before the pilot starts.
Does Qeino replace coding assistants?
No. Coding assistants help individuals work at file level. Qeino works at programme level. The two answer different questions and can run together.
What does it cost?
Full pricing follows a short fit conversation.
